Recommended Personal Equipment

Below are few items that we require our guests to bring along for our tours.  This list is only counting the essentials, but personal items such as a camera and binoculars is of course optional.

Hiking and mountaineering tours
  • Good hiking boots
  • Warm long-johns and woolen or fleece sweater
  • Rain and windproof jacket and pants
  • Daypack to store lunch and other personal items
  • Hat and gloves

Kayak tours
  • Warm long-johns and woolen or fleece sweater
  • Hat and gloves
  • Extra set of clothes
  • Lunch for the day. Guests also need to bring drinking water for the day, ca. 1 liter.
*This list does not apply for the “Calm water kayaking” tour.  Other than normal outdoor clothing, no special equipment or outfit is required for that tour.
